It’s officially mid-summer and celebrities are flaunting their bikini-worthy bodies everywhere from Malibu to Mexico

And sure, we’re used to seeing Paris Hilton or Jessica Alba in their skimpy beach attire, but who knew that divorcé Katie Holmes has a seriously taut tummy or that “Today” show host Matt Lauer has no body fat?

MenHealth.com put together a list of 23 male and female A-listers who have been hiding their sexy six-packs.

“The Office” star Jenna Fischer, 38, just had her first child in September. To lose the baby weight, Fischer told Self magazine she cut out her favorite high fat foods like doughnuts and cheeseburgers, and likes to hike with friends.

The 54-year-old “Today” show host has to stay in shape to keep up his busy schedule. After a 9:30 pm bedtime, Lauer reportedly rises at 4:10 AM every weekday morning and gets to”Today” at 4:45 AM. He usually leaves the show at about noon everyday and goes to workout, but he can’t resist one of his favorite dishes, chicken marbella.

Whether it’s a result of recent turmoil in her personal life or taking time to attend her favorite SoulCycle spin classes, Katie Holmes, 33, has a a solid six pack she rarely displays.

He may play a nerdy teacher on “Glee,” but in real life, Matthew Morrison doesn’t have to follow a conservative dress code. The 33-year-old actor told Details magazine he stays in shape by cycling about 100 miles a week and running about 25. He also does “8 Minute Abs” on set during downtime.

Televangelist Joel Osteen showed off his ripped physique this February in Hawaii. Not bad for a 48-year-old pastor.

Clothing designer Marc Jacobs revealed his toned new figure on the runway in 2007. The 49-year-old reportedly earned his beach body by only eating vegan food and working out two hours a day, seven days a week.
